While serving in the Coast Guard, I spent over six years in personnel management and human resources refining my skills in the areas of promotions, retentions, terminations, job and organizational modeling, performance management, fair treatment and practices, and other personnel policies and procedures. I have over 11 years of higher education experience, as a faculty member and administrator emphasizing leadership development, business administration, and human resources. As a small business owner, I blend executive and leadership coaching with leadership consulting and training. I am a recognized “people person” and “client success advocate” always creating challenging and rewarding learning environments.
